HOW TO USE
- Using finger tips or a large eye shadow brush apply a lighter colour to the base of the lashes and blend all the way up to the brow.
- Apply a second shade in the crease using a brush blending up and out toward the outer corner of the eye along the edge of where the brow bone begins.
