Return Online & In-store
If you would like to return our products, you may return it within 21 days of purchase. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept return of used cosmetics, makeup, or beauty accessories.
To arrange a refund, please follow these steps
1)Contact our Online team via email at email@example.com
2)Please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Kindly note that we are only able to exchange or refund goods that are returned to us in their original unopened form and in a resalable condition.
3)Returns to our store (London Store – 64-66 Charing Cross Rd)
Unfortunately, we do not offer a free returns service. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the items. These shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we haven't received your item, we cannot process any refunds.
Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the goods back. We will process a refund after our warehouse has received the stock back. It will usually take 3-5 days from the refund for your account to be credited however some payment providers and payment types can take up to 14 days to credit your account.
* As long as your product is unopened, you can return your item with the receipt within 21 days. If you returned items make your order fail below the qualifying amount for the free gift, you will need to return the free gift in order for your refund to be processed.
For damaged/faulty items
For damaged/faulty items, we kindly ask you to go through the return process and send it back to us so we can proceed a security check and a refund.
